EverSwarm is the parent company of a sovereign agentic stack. We are building an operating system for businesses that will be run by agents — and that will need to own the layer those agents run on.
Founder
Founder of EverSwarm. The company is a legal Canadian entity with a named operator — not a generated masthead. The work is his, and so is the address.
If the business cannot operate while you sleep, it is not yet an operating system. It is still you.
Mission
Not a demonstration. Not a dependency on someone else’s cloud. An operating system: local-first, fail-closed, and serious enough for work that has to still be there in the morning.
Thesis
Control, memory, governance, and measured yield are. Companies will run on agents the way they now run on employees and software. The ones that last will own that layer — or they will rent it from someone who does.
Origin
Bootstrap-first and product-led. Capital is a tool. Product is the strategy. We are not building a narrative to be acquired; we are building the infrastructure layer that agentic businesses run on.
The work is done with the seriousness of a company that expects to still exist in 2033 — and with the restraint of a team that ships instead of performing ambition.

Values
Control of data, runtime, and decision rights is not a feature. It is the premise.
We do not sell atmosphere. Loops are instrumented, or they are not claimed.
Interfaces tell the truth. We do not manufacture urgency, hide terms, or dress coercion as convenience.
Integrations use documented, permitted interfaces. No scraping as a business model. No silent terms-of-service theatre.
Work is not thrown away. A solved operational problem is extracted, named, and reused across the stack.
