Stack

Each layer has a job. None of them is “the model.” The model is a replaceable instrument inside a system that already knows how to remember, refuse, measure, and continue.

Veil
Local-first, fail-closed.
Agents execute on infrastructure the operator controls. Governance is not a report generated after the fact. The Veil evaluates policy before action. If it cannot, the action does not proceed. Continuity is a property of the runtime, not of a vendor’s status page.
ARGE
Orchestration that can grow without leaving policy.
ARGE is the principle of recursive growth: agents that can spawn, evaluate, and refine other agents — under the same Veil that governs the first. Expansion is allowed. Abdication is not. A swarm that cannot be refused is not an operating system; it is an incident.
Loops
The loop is the unit of product.
Content to channel to click to sale. A business is a set of loops that must run tomorrow. We instrument the loop, or we do not claim the work. This is how distribution, production, and cost intelligence stay honest with each other.
9D
Structured operational data, kept long enough to matter.
The 9D yield dataset is a long-horizon record of how agentic operations actually perform — work, cost, channel, conversion, compounding. Not vanity dashboards. Memory the stack can learn from. Each year it runs, the dataset becomes more valuable than the particular models it happened to call.
Platform
Architecture is only useful if it ships as products.
