EverSwarm is product-led and bootstrap-first, building infrastructure in British Columbia. We hire rarely. When we do, it is for people who already ship systems that last.
There is no public roster of openings, and no process designed to feel like a product. If your work already demonstrates the values on the company page — sovereignty, measured outcomes, honest interfaces, official APIs, reusable skill — write.
Include work that exists: systems, writing, or research we can evaluate without a pitch deck. We read slowly. We reply when there is a real path, not to keep a pipeline warm.
Remote collaboration is possible. The company remains rooted in British Columbia.
